1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering with, or using any service offered through the pktk10 platform (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pktk10 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of the pktk10 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active account.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online casino gaming and sports betting are not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of pktk10 or any affiliated entity.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from pktk10 or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.

pktk10 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension pending verification. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate and permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3. Account Registration and Management

To access real-money gaming on the Platform, you must register a pktk10 account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.

Each person may register only one account. If pktk10 detects multiple accounts linked to the same individual — whether identified by device, IP address, payment method, name, or any other identifier — all duplicate accounts may be closed without notice and any balances held therein may be voided. The original account may also be subject to review and suspension.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must not share your username or password with any other person. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify pktk10 support immediately at [email protected]. pktk10 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the pktk10 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are subject to a minimum threshold of ৳500 unless otherwise stated in active promotional materials.

pktk10 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Bangladeshi mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Visa and Mastercard card payments may be available subject to verification. All payment accounts used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own legal name. pktk10 will not process withdrawals to payment accounts held in a third party's name under any circumstances.

• Deposits are generally credited to your pktk10 wallet within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 10–30 minutes during standard operating hours. Processing times may extend during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• pktk10 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual in size, frequency, or pattern.
• Any deposit made using funds that were not legally obtained will be rejected, and the associated account will be reported to relevant authorities.
• pktk10 is not liable for delays caused by the payment service provider's own processing systems.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

pktk10 offers promotional bonuses, free bet credits, and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotional page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are separate from real-money balances. Real-money deposits may be withdrawn at any time subject to standard verification; bonus-derived funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
• Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before completing wagering requirements will result in those funds — and any winnings generated from them — being removed from your account.
• pktk10 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the promotion has been abused or exploited through coordinated play, arbitrage, or other means not consistent with good-faith recreational gaming.
• Promotions are available to eligible registered account holders only. pktk10 may restrict promotional access by geography, account history, or other criteria at its sole discretion.
• pktk10 may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered in good faith.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

pktk10 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools to help players manage their activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion. These tools are available from within your account dashboard after login and take effect as follows:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps may be set or reduced at any time with immediate effect. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase applies.
• Session reminders: Alerts can be configured to notify you of your current session duration, net result, and total wagered at intervals you choose.
• Self-exclusion: You may request a temporary suspension of your account for a period of 1 week to 6 months, or a permanent account closure. All self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately. Temporary exclusions may not be shortened; permanent exclusions are irreversible.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pktk10 Platform. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform, gain unfair advantage, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the Platform.
• Colluding with other players in any way that is designed to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer or live dealer games.
• Exploiting software errors, loopholes, or vulnerabilities in the Platform, and failing to report such issues to pktk10 immediately upon discovery.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Platform's software, content, or intellectual property.
• Using a VPN, proxy service, or other technical means to disguise your true location or identity while using the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pktk10 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, game assets, audio clips, and software, is the property of pktk10 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express written consent of pktk10. Unauthorised use of Platform content will result in termination of your access and may give rise to legal claims.

9. Privacy and Personal Data

pktk10 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information as described in that policy. We apply 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Your data is never sold to third-party advertisers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pktk10, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if pktk10 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pktk10's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to pktk10 in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Service Availability and Maintenance

pktk10 aims to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, server failures, or circumstances beyond pktk10's reasonable control including power outages, internet disruptions, or natural events. pktk10 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance wherever practicable but is not obliged to do so for emergency work.

pktk10 is not liable for any losses, including missed wagering opportunities or game interruptions, resulting from Platform unavailability, whether planned or unplanned.

12. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your pktk10 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of pending bonus obligations will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification.

pktk10 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or to other players. Where an account is closed by pktk10 for cause, any bonus-derived funds will be forfeited. Real-money deposits held at the time of closure will be returned to the extent required by applicable law.

13. Amendments to These Terms

pktk10 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered users via the contact method on file with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations serving the Bangladesh market. In the event of a dispute between you and pktk10, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication with our support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the parties may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory consumer protection law.
